Last May 8, Exempt Resolution No. 157 was published, which qualifies the Environmental Impact Statement for the project of the Santa Isabel hydroelectric power station.

This hydroelectric development has an installed capacity of 1.4 MW and a plant factor of over 80%. The plant is located within the infrastructure of the Association of Canalistas del Laja, who are developing this use in conjunction with a Spanish investment group.

ERH Consult is carrying out the integral project management of this project, whose construction phase is expected in early 2015.
