ERHConsult, in consortium with our partner BAC, has been awarded the project for the Conditioning of the Colomers Dam, on the Ter river.

The Contract has been signed, after winning the corresponding bidding competition, with INFRAESTRUCTURES.CAT of the Government of Catalonia.

The Colomers dam is a work dating back to the 13th century, which serves irrigation managed by the Regants Community of the Colomers Dam through the Sentmenat Canal, which has its intake on the left bank of the River Ter.

It is a water of about 350 m in length and about 4 m in height.

It is a construction made with calcareous stone of irregular size that is in an advanced state of deterioration.

The awarded works consist of projecting the necessary works to guarantee the waterproofing of the work and the stability of the same, considering also the implantation of a fish ladder that facilitates the fish connectivity in this section of river.
